EuroParcs IJsselmeer has 206 holiday houses at this moment, all located next to waterways and fishing waters and with a private jetty. From your bungalow, you can directly sail to the Grote Vliet, but also directly to the IJsselmeer. The park is mostly visit by Dutch and German holidaymakers, but our park is also internationally well loved. With international sailing competitions in our immediate surroundings and our location next to the IJselmeer, the park is the go-to 'home port' for sailors and their audience.

New: water villas

In September 2020, we started realizing 30 new water villas. Water villas will be built to accommodate 6 and 8 persons, in which also the option is offered to add a wellness package , which offers guest a luxurious vacation with jacuzzi, sun shower and sauna in their own residence. A development which is well loved aad results in increasingly higher yields. We are also building four holiday homes for disabled guests. Think about a bathroom suited for wheelchairs & kitchen and a high-low bed on the first floor. With this, we can also offer guests in a wheelchair or with a waling aid a comfortable stay at our park.

We offer the option to, besides realizing a good profit, enjoy your object yourself. When purchasing a holiday home at our park, you are obligated to rent out with us for minimally 40 weeks. This means you can make use of the holiday house for 12 weeks per year yourself. With our professional booking program, you can always see what happens with your holiday home and when it is rented out. You can enter your own use, and also entering bookings for the object is a possibility.
