Changing a booking

If you have made a booking before May 2020, and you prefer not to come despite the measures we have taken, we are giving you the option to move your reservation once, free of charge*, to another period up to the arrival date of June 1, 2021.
*If the amount exceeds the total booking amount of your first booking, you will pay the difference. However, you may also book fewer days in a more expensive period if this does not make a difference in price, or you pay the difference in price in this case as well. No money will be refunded. In addition, if you wish to move your booking, you agree to the condition that if you should wish to cancel this new period, you must pay 100% of the total stay. The payment dates given in your first booking will continue to apply.

After filling in the form, you will receive an email confirmation of the change. If there is a higher price for your chosen date, you will first receive an email with the additional price. If you accept it, you will receive the new confirmation with additional payment, if applicable. We will try to process your request as quickly as possible, though, given this situation, it may take a little longer than you are used to from us. We appreciate your understanding.
